• Dale Varney, Compliance Assistance Specialist from the Springfield Area OSHA Office, will provide an OSHA update.
• Alan Stratton, Project Manager from Tighe & Bond will provide an update on Lockout/Tagout, MassDPS Hoisting Rules, Silica Standard, Global Harmonized System, changes to accident reporting, and OSHA top 10 citations.
• Justin Krassner, Occupational Safety Consultant for the Mass Department of Labor Standards will talk about the On-Site Consultation Services that they provide. 

NOTE: Networking will be from 9:00 to 9:30 and the program will begin after that. Although there is no cost for this meeting, seating is limited so please register soon, and no later than May 20th.

Directions:  Abbvie, Inc. is located at 100 Research Dr, directly behind the Beechwood Inn, at the corner of Route 9 and Plantation St.

From North & South: Take I-495 to I-290 West and Exit 25B to Worcester, then take Exit 22 (Main St, Shrewsbury). Take a right off the exit towards Rt. 70. At the second traffic light, take a left onto Plantation St. At the third traffic light (approximately one mile) take a right onto Research Dr; AbbVie is located at the top of the hill, behind the Beechwood Inn.

 From East: Take I-90 (the Mass Turnpike) to I-495 North to I-290 West and Exit 25B to Worcester, then take Exit 22 (Main St, Shrewsbury). Take a right off the exit towards Rt. 70. At the second traffic light, take a left onto Plantation St. At the third traffic light (approximately one mile) take a right onto Research Dr. An alternate route would be Route 9 West, cross bridge over Lake Quinsigamond and at second traffic light go right onto Plantation Street. At first set of lights take left onto Research Dr. AbbVie is located at the top of the hill, behind the Beechwood Inn.

From West/Downtown Worcester: Take I-290 East through Worcester, then take Exit 21 (Plantation St) and turn right off the exit onto Plantation St. At the second traffic light take a right onto Research Dr; AbbVie is located at the top of the hill, behind the Beechwood Inn

Parking: Limited parking is available in the visitor parking area. Additional parking is available at the Beechwood Inn. We ask that you only utilize the last two rows of parking facing the AbbVie facility. It is a very short walk up the hill to the facility.

Entering the Building:Enter the facility via the main entrance; Security personnel will direct you to the meeting location.
