Reporting Perc Use

Under the Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA), dry cleaners that have 10 or more full time employee equivalents and use 1,000 or more pounds of perchloroethylene (Perc) in a calendar year, are required to file a Toxics Use Report with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).

Visit the MassDEP web site for guidance on how to file a Toxics Use Report.
