Hilary Hackbart

Ms. Hackbart has more than 25 years experience in the environmental, health, and safety field, with a combination of practical field experience and work at the policy level.  She has worked in a wide range of areas including:  chemical emergency response and emergency planning, chemical management, toxics use reduction, multi-media environmental compliance and enforcement, occupational health and safety, and indoor air quality.  She has worked with a wide range of constituencies including the public, local, state, and federal governments, public institutions, private industry, and non-profits.
