What does this mean?

While it is a food staple for many, don’t put it in your eyes, on your skin or eat extreme amounts. If you have a nut allergy, stay away from peanut butter at all times. If you do not know you have an allergy and have a reaction to eating, touching or smelling it, seek immediate medical attention. Do induce vomiting if too much is ingested and/or if an allergic reaction ensues.
