For TURPs

The TUR Planner Course is a 48-hour series of classes that builds deep knowledge and skills in source reduction.

To meet DEP requirements and to enhance Planners' skills in the area of Resource Conservation, we offer workshops and training events on water or energy efficiency planning using TUR plan techniques and technical assistance from Massachusetts OTA.

We provide training programs to enhance Planners' skills for developing a TURA Environmental Management System.  Planners with this expanded certification from MassDEP can evaluate and certify these types of plans.

Staying current on technical and managerial tools is important for planning effectively and solving problems. Our Continuing Education program also offers TUR planners resources to retain their certification in TUR, Resource Conservation, and TURA EMS.  Continuing Education credits can also be obtained by attending outside events.
