Survey Evaluation of the MassachusettsToxics Use Reduction Program. 1997.

TURI Methods and Policy Report No. 14. The Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) was passed in 1989 with the objective of reducing toxic chemical waste in the Commonwealth. In 1996, TURl contracted with Abt Associates Inc. to conduct a survey to assess the effectiveness of the Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Program, the set of programs and resources established to help Massachusetts firms meet the goals of the act. The results of the survey are presented in this report.
