Industry EMS Peer Mentoring Work Group - FY04 Matching Grants Program

The Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Institute (TURI) is continuing its matching grant program for a fifth year to support companies' efforts to develop and implement Environmental Management Systems (EMSs).

Applicants to host this year's Industry EMS Peer Mentoring Work Group will be asked to provide a letter of support and commitment from upper management, be interviewed by TURI staff, and develop a cohesive plan for presenting information about their EMS development process to the work group.

The successful candidate will be firmly committed to implementing an EMS, will understand the long-term value of the project to their company, will have a dedicated EMS team, and will have a clear plan for implementation.
