In his role as the Institute’s Laboratory Director, Jason Marshall directs the services of laboratory, helping companies evaluate the performance of cleaning chemistries and equipment. Recent projects include the evaluation of biobased products for several janitorial applications in a hospital setting; efforts to promote adoption of alternatives to trichloroethylene (TCE) for businesses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Dr. Marshall holds a Doctorate of Science in Work Environment Occupational and Environmental Hygiene, a Master’s of Science in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
