Public hearing on Toxic or Hazardous Substance listing
There will be a public hearing at 10 AM on Friday, November 30th in Boston to accept oral and/or written testimony on the proposed amendments to TURA regulations 301 CMR 40.00 Toxic Use Fee, and 301 CMR 41.00 Toxic or Hazardous Substance List. The Notice of Public Hearing is attached for your information.
Written testimony will be accepted until the end of the day on Friday, November 30th and should be submitted to: Rich Bizzozero, Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, Office of Technical Assistance and Technology, 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 900, Boston, MA 02114.
