Metal Finishing Supply Chain Forum
Woburn, MANational and international regulatory restrictions and competitive forces are driving companies to eliminate the use of certain hazardous substances. Massachusetts metal finishers are discovering that they must be able to supply components without restricted materials or risk losing business. Meeting these challenges requires a coordinated effort by suppliers, customers and manufacturers throughout the supply chain.
TURI is initiating a Metal Finishing Supply Chain Forum to provide updates on materials restriction drivers and to facilitate collaboration and communication among customers and suppliers. The goals of the Forum are to assist Massachusetts companies:

- Find technical solutions to meet requirements
- Promote strategic sourcing and positioning throughout the supply chain
- Prevent business interruptions
- Drive down costs
The first forum meeting will take place in Woburn, MA.
