TURI is a partner in the National Science Foundation Nanoscale Engineering and Science grant awarded to UMass Lowell, Northeastern University and the University of New Hampshire. As part of this collaborative process, TURI's staff researches the potential exposure to nanoparticles, and best practices for reducing that exposure, associated with the nanomanufacturing process.
