As Research Assistant, Ms. Butow provides research support for the activities of the Science Advisory Board. She also provides support to the Policy, Outreach and Community Programs at TURI. Prior to TURI, Ms. Butow worked in the biotechnology industry focusing on laboratory automation and compound management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Music from Lehigh University and is currently pursuing a Master's of Science degree in Occupational Epidemiology at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
