Resource Conservation Planning Basics
- March 7, 2022
- 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
The Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) Amendments of 2006 built on the TURA program's success by focusing attention on additional ways to improve environmental and financial performance. This includes adopting planning techniques to optimize use of water, energy, and other resources, as well as encouraging companies to reduce their use of toxics not otherwise reportable. Together, these areas comprise Resource Conservation. This training is required for Toxics Use Reduction (TUR) Planner Resource Conservation certification.
