Written comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted until 4 p.m. on November 21, 2014. Comments on the proposed amendments will be received at the public hearing on November 20, 2014. Testimony may be presented orally or in writing at the hearing. Following the hearing, written testimony will be accepted until 4 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2014.
