Celebrate Manufacturing Month with the Toxics Use Reduction Institute and UMass Lowell Innovation Centers on Oct. 25, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

See leading edge technology in action and learn about faculty expertise available to companies for developing and testing innovative products. Hear about how the entities at the 110 Canal Street complex integrate toxics use reduction concepts into their work.

The tour includes:

Fabric Discovery Center (FDC) - see equipment in use at the facility used for textile processing, assembly and finishing.
SHAP3D - learn about innovative 3D printing capabilities using new material feed stocks and see and demonstration of equipment in use.

Also hear from the following centers at 110 Canal and visit their space:
