Tuesday February 03 2015 - CANCELLED: Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to 301 CMR 41.00 Toxic or Hazardous Substance List

The public hearing previously scheduled for February 3^rd to accept oral and written testimony on the proposal to designate toluene diisocyanate as a higher hazard substance, has been cancelled.   There will be no public hearing Tuesday, February 3^rd in Boston.  Please share this information with anyone you think would be interested in this cancellation.

All interested parties that would like to provide comments are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the close of the public comment period on February 23^rd.  All written comments should be submitted to Rich Bizzozero ([email protected]).

Comments previously submitted during the October/November 2014 public comment period will be automatically included in the Response to Comments, so there is no need to resubmit comments that were previously submitted.
