Attendance at both days plus completion of a 4 hours homework assignment are required to be certified as a TURA EMS Planner (16 TUR CE credits)
Environmental Management Systems (EMS) help companies streamline their reporting and regulatory compliance, and proactively respond to global customer and corporate expectations. Incorporating your Toxics Use Reduction activities into an EMS can increase employee engagement and promote implementation of feasible TUR opportunities. This course gives TUR Planners the credentials needed to certify that a company's Environmental Management System satisfies the requirements of the Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA). This year's class features the real world experiences in TURA EMS development and implementation of Umicore Technical Materials North America. Participants will work on activities based on Umicore's TURA EMS experience, complete homework assignments between course dates, and tour Umicore's Attleboro facility as an integral part of the completion of this class.
Fees:
TURA Environmental Management Systems (both days) fee is $325.00 for TURA filers and $375.00 for Non-TURA filers. The registration fees include workshop materials, lunch and breaks.

Registrations for TURA EMS must be completed by February 1, 2019. The registration will not be complete and the space will not be held until payment is received.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received by January 30, 2019 - 5 business days before the event. Cancellations received 5 days before the event will receive a credit for the registration fee that may be used for a future event. There will be no credit given for cancellations less then 5 days before the event.
