MassDEP representatives will review and clarify where approvals are, or are not, required for recycling and reuse on-site or at off-site locations of the following materials:

Non-Haz Solid Waste as Feedstock - General Permit (310 CMR 16.04) or Beneficial Use Determination (BUD).
Building Demolition Materials – Asphalt Brick & Concrete (ABC) Policy
Hazardous Solid Waste as Feedstock - Regulated Recyclables Permit​
TUR Chemicals – Reuse, integral recycling, or open loop recycling of materials as raw material inputs when generated on-site or sale of by-product for off-site use.
