Cosmetology

Many of the chemicals in salon products and over the counter cosmetic products pose potential health risks. TURI provides grants to salons for reducing their use of toxic chemical based  products that can affect both workers and clients, as well as to community groups to design DIY beauty products with safer ingredients.
