Program Assessment at the 20 Year Mark: Experiences with TURA. 2011.

Enacted in 1989, the Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) has been in effect for two decades. TURA regulates industrial facilities that use large quantities of chemicals listed on the TURA list of Toxic or Hazardous Substances (MGL c. 21I).
