May 28, 2025, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Virtual event (Zoom)

Background

Under the Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA), large quantity users of toxic chemicals must file annual reports on their use and generation of TURA-listed toxic chemicals. These reports are submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) through their online eDEP system. To support compliance with these requirements, the TURA program holds annual training workshops designed to assist companies in understanding reporting obligations, navigating the eDEP submission process, and addressing any changes in reporting criteria or chemical listings. These workshops also provide opportunities for participants to ask questions, learn about best practices, and stay informed about updates to TURA regulations and tools. This is a 4-hour workshop held on Zoom.

Attendees can earn 8 continuing education credits for attendance and completion of the quiz
