Resource Conservation Day 2: Asset-specific Planning - January 27, 2016

This workshop provides specific guidance and examples for water and energy conservation, and reduction of materials found in solid waste.  Full day attendance qualifies for the energy conservation and reduction of solid waste credits required for initial RC certification and may also be used towards RC recertification.

Opportunities for obtaining water conservation RC credits will be available in early 2016.  Please watch for the TURI Training newsletters, or www.turi.org/training  for future announcements.

Sessions will feature speakers from Massachusetts industry and MassDEP.

Agenda:

Morning session: 

• Reduction of Materials in Solid Waste     

Afternoon session:

• Energy Conservation

Each session will award 3 RC credits for their respective categories.

Registration for either day of this training can be done by using our on-line registration. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Registration Deadline:

The registration deadline for RC Day 2 is January 18, 2016

Seating is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come/first served basis.  

Attendance will be tracked to ensure that planners receive a certificate of completion for sessions attended.

Fees:  The registration fee includes workshop materials, a continental breakfast, lunch and breaks.

RC Day 2:  The full day fee for TURA filers is $200.00 (facility ID required) and the fee for non-filers is $250.00, and the half-day fee is $125.00 (which includes lunch). Full day attendance is not required.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received by January 18, 2016 for RC Day 2.

Cancellations received by these dates will receive a credit for the registration that may be used for a future training.  There will be no credit given for cancellations received after the above listed cancellation dates.  Fax cancellations to (978) 934-3050 or email  [email protected] 

RC Day 2 full day workshop qualifies for 6 CE and 6 RC credits.  Half day attendance qualifies for 3 CE and 3 RC credits.
