TUR Planner Certification Course

This course is offered every year, typically beginning in mid-August with the online portion, ending with four in-person day-long classes in September-October.  The Toxics Use Reduction Planner Certification Course provides 48+ hours of core instruction. Skills and tools covered are valuable in any production or service context in any industry. The material is valuable even for those who may not go on to become TUR Planners.

The next Toxics Use Reduction Planner certification course begins with a mandatory kick-off meeting (online) on August 11, 2022. You will find the meeting registration link on our calendar page.

If you're interested in becoming part of the toxics use reduction movement please fill out this brief application and plan to join us. Contact Pam Eliason with any questions.

Why Become a TUR Planner?

TUR Planners Roxann Carstensen and her daughter Cierra MacLeod explain the benefits of planning for their clients.

The cost for attending this course depends on the type of Planner you will be (i.e., working only for your facility or available to plan for other facilities as well) and if you will be taking the online portion only or the full course. Contact Pam Eliason for more information.
